DB Mortgages announces broker links

Deutsche Bank's specialist mortgage lender, db mortgages, has announced partnerships with networks Sesame, Home of Choice and Mortgage Next.

This launch follows developments to the company’s web-based services, to allow brokers greater ease of access and to offer instant online KFIs, DIPs, application submissions and case tracking. Mark Bergin, db mortgages sales and marketing director, says he is pleased with the quality of db’s first broker partners. “The packager market will remain extremely important to us, but we have always said that we would extend the business direct to brokers and this should contribute significantly to our growth in our second year and beyond,” he says.
