Paradigm Mortgage Services has launched an online forum where brokers can submit queries to other members and directly to lenders.
The forum will be split into various sectors and is aimed at helping brokers to find specific product solutions for clients.
The new forum allows Paradigm members to post comments, questions and queries to the site, which other members and market professionals can then respond to.
As well as appearing on the board, questions will be sent out to Paradigm’s suppliers in a particular sector. Lenders accepting queries from the forum have agreed to contact the member firm within 48 hours.
Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, comments: “This forum is so much more than a talking shop; it is an interactive business tool whereby Paradigm members are able to post questions and queries and receive specific solutions from our lender and provider partners.
“By doing this we are able to put our members in touch with multiple lenders or providers who may be able to help in a particular area and deliver a fast solution to the client.”
Paradigm says the forum will help enhance the community and support levels between Paradigm, member firms and provider partners.
