The Financial Ombudsman Service has produced an online survey asking for views about its website and general level of service.
The three-minute survey asks for views from businesses, consumers and journalists on how the ombudsman matches up to the following descriptions:
- Helpful and approachable;
- Independent and impartial;
- Authoritative and knowledgeable;
- Capable and efficient; and
- Respected and influential
It also asks for views about its website and for general comments, both positive and critical.
