Wolseley rose 26 points, or 4.93%, as analysts upgraded the building supplies company from neutral to sell. Kingfisher fell 4.3 points, or 3.18%, to 130.8 after reporting a 19% drop in annual profits. Copper producer Kazakhmys fell 40 points, or 2.49%, to 1566. The Dow Jones fell 3.91 points, or 0.03%, to 12418.95 as Intel Corporation fell 0.41 points, or 1.88%, to 21.46. Boeing fell 1.38 points, or 1.81%, to 74.92.
