Coaching service launched for IFAs

A business coaching service for financial advisers, which aims to make them more profitable and have an improved quality of life, has been launched by Great Coaching Services.

The firm says the service – Great Business Coaching – has evolved from the needs of IFAs who are fed up with working long hours, feel they are over-regulated, are not earning as much as they once did and who are not having as much fun in their work as they used to. Great Business Coaching teams up coaches with IFAs to deliver a tailored programme to suit each individual adviser or team’s needs. Advisers can do an online assessment, which highlights the areas they need to work on, followed by a free initial consultation.
