Celebrities to front Stan Life SIPP campaign

Standard Life is to launch a marketing campaign for its SIPP, to be fronted by celebrities Marco Pierre White, Mariella Frostrup and Sir Ranulph Fiennes.

The campaign forms part of Standard Life's active money programme, which aims to encourage consumers to review their long-term financial plans by visiting a financial adviser. Standard Life chose its celebrity line-up because they "epitomise the characteristics of those over 44 year olds to whom a SIPP product would be most relevant." Active money launches on Monday 26 January, and aims to develop insights into Standard Life's target customers, understand their needs and develop relationships with advisers.
