PwC confirms Millfield subsidiaries sale

PricewaterhouseCoopers administrators of a number of Millfield Group subsidiaries have confirmed their sale to Bates Investment Services Limited.

The subsidiaries involved are: Millfield Partnership Limited, HST Financial Services Limited, Millfield Atlas Limited, Addiscombe Group Limited, and Millfield Management Services Limited. No price for the deal has been confirmed. PwC says its administrators, Mike Jervis and Dan Schwarzmann, were appointed to the subsidiaries on 3 July on a joint-administrator basis.
