Skandia has appointed Ian Brown to head up its protection marketing team, following the departure of Alison Turner-Holmes at the end of last year.
Brown will be responsible for the development of Skandia’s suite of protection products and its market proposition.
He joins Skandia from Axa and has 15 years of industry experience with product providers and as a financial adviser.
Brown says: “Having worked in the financial services industry for the last 15 years, I have been impressed by Skandia’s reputation as a dynamic market leader and its award-winning focus on customer service. It is great to have this opportunity to join Skandia at such an exciting time in the company’s development.”
