Paradigm has announced that John Coffield is to join the IFA support firm as head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, which is due to launch in September.
Coffield was formerly head of Abbey’s mortgage club, The Mortgage Alliance, and will be responsible for developing the lending and partner proposition of PMS to provide the best mortgage terms and services for the membership.
Commenting on the appointment, Bob Hunt, chief executive of PMS, says: “We are looking forward to welcoming John to Paradigm to head up our exciting Paradigm Mortgage Services mortgage club proposition.”
“John will bring a vast amount of experience and is highly respected by both the lender and distributor community.”
PMS will attempt to distinguish itself from other mortgage clubs by working in a collaborative fashion with partners and by moving away from a ‘one-size fits all’ approach.
In addition, members will share in the capital growth of PMS through a discretionary trust.
