CHL Mortgages has been appointed to the panel of Chester-based packager Creative Mortgage Solutions it was announced today.
Brokers using Creative Mortgage Solutions’ services will now be able to access CHL’s range of but-to-let and self-certification home loans. Creative says it will be expanding the range of services it offers to brokers in 2008, with the aim of doubling its business by the end of the year. In 2007, the firm launched its own in-house secured loan, commercial and bridging loan services. CHL says the move will allow it to reach even more brokers, adding to the wide range of intermediaries who already have access to its product range.
