Prudential's group chief executive Jonathan Bloomer is being replaced in May by the group finance director at HBOS who worked at the Pru until two years ago.
A statement issued this morning by the life assurer says Mark Tucker, current group finance director at HBOS will join the Pru board on May 6, having previously worked at Prudential until 2003 as executive director of Prudential and chief executive of Prudential Corporation Asia.
