Christows' stockbrokers and portfolio management business is being rebranded following an earlier acquisition by its parent group.
Evolution Group, the parent behind Christows, completed the deal to buy the Williams de Broë private client business in June this year so the stockbroker operation is now being rebranded as Williams de Broë.
A statement from the firm says the executive team felt the new organisation “would benefit from the heritage and awareness of the Williams de Broë name” and relaunch is scheduled for later this year.
Following the merger of the two operations, Williams de Broë has £2bn in assets under management and while offices in London and Birmingham will double in size, and the firm gains an office in Guildford.IFAonline
