Trigold has joined forces with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) to offer course study materials at preferential rates for advisers using its Prospector software.
The partnership means that Trigold users will benefit from specially packaged courses should they wish to obtain the CF1 and CF6 mortgage advice qualifications or the more specific ER1 qualification for Equity Release.
These preferential rates and packages offered include all of the required elements from the course book through to the examination itself.
David Aylmer, business development and marketing director at Trigold says they are delighted to be able to offer users this opportunity.
"The Equity Release market is one that is of particular importance with research showing that two thirds of equity release products were distributed via brokers in 2008," he says.
"Our own survey conducted last year revealed that 95% of brokers believed that the equity release sector will be either 'very important' or 'important' in the future. However, 60% of brokers surveyed were not yet qualified to give advice which is why this link with CII is so vital."
In addition Trigold's business academy is also currently running a nationwide series of free roadshows with the aim of equipping advisors with the vital skills, knowledge and tools required to excel in the modern advisory market.
