The fund will invest primarily in Asia-Pacific real estate investment trusts as well as infrastructure and the utility sector.
It will be primarily an absolute return, long-biased fund with a target initial annual dividend yield of 7%-8%. The fund will give investors access to the ARA Strategic Capital Asian Asset Income fund.
