Mortgage Express launches 'immediate' service

Mortgage Express has launched a new initiative which will enable mortgage intermediaries to get their hands on a mortgage offer as soon as it becomes available.

The specialist lending arm owned by the Bradford & Bingley Group has decided to allow brokers access to clients' mortgage offers electronically. This saves time and effort as the new system will generate an electronic offer as soon as a case is offered, Mortgage Express says. Tim Sturley, head of business development explains: "Once Mortgage Express decides to make a formal mortgage offer, brokers will instantly be informed via e-mail.
