Andrew Barnes has resigned as Bestinvest chief executive after two years at the helm.
Current chairman Ray Greenshields will replace Barnes, who has also stepped down from the board, until a successor is found. Greenshields thanked Barnes for his role in strengthening Bestinvest’s business model. “The board and major shareholder continue to view the prospects for growth very positively as the company’s expertise in funds research and investment management become fully recognised,” he says.
