Mortgage Express is adding a new online binding decision facility to provide brokers with a more efficient, clearer and guaranteed way of doing business.
It says the new tool, which will replace the lender’s current ‘Decision in Principle’ (DIP), will provide brokers with a decision in just 30 seconds, subject only to valuation and standard fraud checks.
As a result, the firm says the enhanced offering will help minimise paperwork by generating a bespoke list of submission documents required for each case, and electronic verification of a client’s ID, which saves brokers valuable time and provides them with a smoother and faster application process.
Gus Park, director of intermediary sales at Mortgage Express, says: “Our new online service will make it easier and quicker for brokers to provide clients with a decision on their mortgage.”
“Coupled with our fast online registration service and online real-time case tracking, brokers should now be confident that when using Mortgage Express online they will be providing their client with the best possible solution for their needs.”
