Zurich has produced an underwriting guide for intermediaries with tips on how to complete the application process and information on medical definitions, exclusions and risk assessment.

The guide, which is available online, has practical tips to help advisers with the application process, such as the appropriate way to submit medical information, and a requirements checklist to ensure additional evidence is submitted correctly.
