Zurich has published the 2007/8 edition of its tax handbook up to date with the latest changes and plans for inheritance tax (IHT) and capital gains tax (CGT).
Written by tax specialists Anthony Foreman and Gerald Mowles, Zurich says the handbook provides advisers and their clients with information on many aspects of taxation, including self employment, trusts and VAT.
It also incorporates the latest taxation changes, including those for self-assessment, pension planning, stamp duty and property investment.
Paul Wright, Zurich’s investment management director, says: “Taxation law is by its very nature complex and at first glance can seem very daunting for many people.
“This book will help simplify some of the issues, explaining many aspects of taxation in detail as well as being an invaluable reference tool for advisers and their clients as well as other industry professionals.”
Copies of the handbook, which costs just under £20, can be ordered online here or by calling 0870 607 3777 quoting reference RA008E.
