KGB packaging has announced the launch of a mortgage club aim at increasing the choice of lenders and submission options can be offered to its supporting brokers.
1st Source Direct is free to all intermediaries, and there is no minimum business requirement. Paper applications will carry a 1St Source Direct sticker, and the mortgage club is established on all panel lender websites as a distributor choice for online cases.
Rachel Bancroft, managing director of KGB, says: “With today’s launch of KGB’s mortgage club, 1st Source Direct, we now have our own 60 lender mortgage club panel offering competitive broker fees and a good range of exclusive products. Submitting cases through an experienced and knowledgeable packager brings the benefits of accurate placement, speed and service, but we appreciate that brokers may also wish to submit cases direct to lenders, so KGB’s new mortgage club facility has been introduced as complementary to our established packaging service. The new 1st Source Direct mortgage club facility will give added choice to brokers that wish to use a “mix and match” approach to sourcing mortgage products.”
Intermediaries can register with 1st Source Direct mortgage club through KGB Packaging’s website.IFAonline
