IFA technology partner Assureweb has announced Andrew Simon has taken over as CEO from John Spellman.
In a management team reshuffle, Spellman has become a non-executive director with a view to succeeding John Little, who will stand down as chairman at the end of the year.
Simon, the former COO, has also made his first appointment as chief executive, recruiting the Exchange operations director Ian Teague as commercial director.
Assureweb says the changes come as the firm enjoys a 29% uplift in quotation levels, with new business levels growing 24%.
Simon says he is delighted to leading Assureweb through this growth and development period.
“Along with my newly developed team and with John’s strategic guidance, I am sure we will continue to go from strength to strength,” he says.
“I am pleased to announce Ian’s appointment and am sure he will be instrumental in enhancing our commercial partnerships in the future as these become more crucial to the development of our business.”IFAonline
