The Personal Finance Society (PFS) has announced it has assembled an "array of world class speakers" at its nearly sold out Birmingham conference on 13 and 14 November.
PFS members attending the Face the Future, Meet the Challenge conference will have the opportunity to hear YO! Sushi entrepreneur Simon Woodroffe, double-Olympic gold medallist James Cracknell, author Michael Heppel, mountaineer Tom Whittaker and Insights Learning and Development chief executive Andy Lothian.
The PFS conference includes 34 concurrent sessions – from personal financial planning, corporate planning, retirement, investments, tax and personal development.
"Last year's conference set a precedent and the members are eager for more of the same, hence this year's ticket sales have been overwhelming,” PFS chief executive Tim Eadon says.
“This conference is going to be the best yet with the calibre of speakers attending being above and beyond comparable industry events."
The event will close with a black tie gala dinner, with BBC's Dead Ringers impressionist Kevin Connelly as entertainment.
