Coventry bolsters intermediary range

Coventry Building Society has added two new offset mortgages with fee-free options to its range.

Coventry for Intermediaries can now offer three-year and five-year fixed rates from 6.19% with an £800 fee. However, customers will need to have a significant deposit, with the new deals only available for those with at least 50% equity. Free valuation and remortgage transfer services are available, and borrowers who do not wish to pay upfront fees can access fee-free deals from 6.49%.
