Positive Solutions has appointed Paul Rignall as mortgage manager to oversee the development and expansion of its mortgage intermediary business.
Part of Rignall’s role will be to develop an in-house advice and product proposition to enable Positive Solutions to build on its mortgage business.
Rignall previously worked at Sesame with responsibility for both mortgage and general insurance propositions. Prior to joining Sesame, he worked for two years at St James’s Place, where he successfully doubled its mortgage business.
Commenting on the appointment, Mike Edwards, sales and recruitment director at Positive Solutions, says: “We are delighted to have secured Paul’s services. He is a well respected figure in the intermediary mortgage market and has an excellent background in developing profitable propositions and relationships with lenders and providers.”
Rignall adds: “Positive Solutions is already well-known as a leading advice company in the mortgage market but there remains huge potential to do more. I am looking forward to working with the team to improve and refine its mortgage service”.
