Britannia Mortgages has today announced three new mortgage products, which will be available from Friday 24 August.
The new deals are medium to long-term fixed rate deals and will operate on a daily interest basis. This week, a number of mortgage providers have re-priced products or launched new ranges in response to falling swap rates.
Britannia’s new 5-year fixed rate deal features a £399 arrangement fee, a £100 administration fee and a rate of 5.84%.
The 7-year fixed rate remortgage option features no fees or higher lending charge, free conveyancing and valuation with a rate of 6.44%. A 10-year fixed rate option offers the same features at a rate of 6.34%.
