AXA Wealth Management has launched an ‘express' version of its online planning tool, which allows IFAs to transact new business in five steps.
The tool is a simplified version of AXA’s more complex AXA Planning Tool, which Tony Moore, proposition manager at AXA, says is aimed at the “more sophisticated end of the market.”
Express Planning Tool allows advisers to assess clients’ attitudes to risk, create target asset allocations to match clients’ risk, select model portfolios from OBSR and AXA IM. The tool also allows IFAs to produce analyses of proposed asset allocations against clients’ targets, request quotations for proposed portfolios and produce tailored reports.
Tony Moore, proposition manager at AXA, tells IFAonline: “It helps give customers an advanced understanding of clients’ attitudes to inherent risk and understand people’s views of investment strategy.
The existing tool allows advisers to create individual portfolios for their clients, covering investment, retirement, budgeting, mortgages and protection.
The Express Planning Tool is free but advisers must log on.
AXA added 35 funds to its Portfolio Planning Tool I May, bringing the total number of funds across its life and pensions products to over 400.
