FOS creates web page for small businesses

The page is arranged into general topics, such as how the ombudsman handles cases and its rules and powers, and these are then split into further frequently asked questions. Each question has a short answer which includes links to relevant sections elsewhere on the website and to the web versions of other FOS publications.
