Premier Asset Management has appointed Piers Denne as divisional director of its Third Party Services.
Denne will be responsible for developing the PAM’s OEIC creation and white labelled portfolio management propositions and services to the independent adviser sector.
PAM says Third Party Services now constitutes over a third of the group’s funds under management.
Simon Weldon, managing director, Sales and Marketing, says: “At Premier we are committed to adding further resource to our Third Party Services business, meeting the growing demands within the industry.
“Piers brings with him a wealth of business development skills that he has gained from working within an impressive list of industry providers including Threadneedle and Gartmore.
“More importantly, he comes to us having worked with a leading UK independent advisory business and therefore brings a new perspective to our corporate thinking.”
Denne adds: “I am delighted to be joining Premier, a leader within the third party services business.
“Of all the groups in the funds market, Premier has been the one to lead the way in helping adviser firms create true value within their businesses and I look forward to building this part of its business even further.”
