Friends Provident International (FPI) has appointed five to its board, including Charles Fargher as chairman.
Fargher replaces Paul Tunnicliffe, who held the position from 2005 and continues his role as managing director of FPI. He also works as director of international operations. Fargher previously held a non-executive director role at the company from 2002 and worked as chairman of the audit and compliance committee from 2002 until the start of this year.
