Edeus re-prices adverse range

Edeus has informed brokers it will be re-pricing its range of mortgage products and applications for mortgage decisions on the current interest rates must be received by midnight tonight.

The lender sent an e-mail to brokers informing them it is withdrawing its current deals across self-cert, adverse, adverse self-cert, income buy-to-let and buy-to-let ranges from midnight on 5 September. KFI with product and property details must be received tonight and applications for direct and packaged business must be received no later than midnight 12 September. A spokesperson for Edeus says: “We do this to let advisers know they need to get applications in before midnight.
