TBMC launches e-Conveyancer service

has launched a new conveyancing service for brokers via e-Conveyancer, together with a new buy-to-let application form.

The e-Conveyancer platform provides a national network of independent solicitors who provide conveyancing at competitive rates. For each successful referral, brokers will receive an additional £100, over and above the procuration fee on the mortgage. John Olney, head of buy-to-let at TBMC says, ‘We are very pleased to be able to offer this service as it benefits the client and saves them phoning around for the cheapest quote. It also provides added value to the broker when dealing with TBMC as they will receive an extra £100, in addition to the normal lender’s procuration fee.’ TBMC ha...
