Standard Life Bank has developed a demo for mortgage brokers who are considering moving from phone to online applications.
The demo, available here, takes advisers through the stages of submitting an online application, including obtaining a quote, getting an accurate KFI and the full application form. Standard Life says the demo can be completed in as little as 15 minutes and has been developed to give advisers confidence when moving from phone to online applications. The firm’s online offering has also been upgraded to streamline the application process and offer a paperless service.
