Winterthur, the pension provider, has launched a technology support service for IFAs.
Professional Edge Technical Support Team (PETS) replaces the former technical support unit, and offers technical and product support with expanded resources.
PETS comprises a seven-strong team, which advises on life and pensions tax and technical issues that arise from the evolving legislation.
Jeremy Lee manages the team, made up of David Vine, Richard Farrell, Adam Cole, Paul Sims, Barbara Goddard and Elizabeth Ranger.
Lee joins from SIPP provider Capital SIP Services, where he managed the technical support service. He reports to Nick Lee, head of marketing and value added services at Winterthur.
The PETS team has also taken on responsibility of Spotlight Technical, a monthly newsletter for IFAs, from Winterthur's Professional Edge, an adviser support service.
