Reliance Mutual Insurance Society has appointed three to its senior management team.
Chris Lerpiniere joins as head of operations, responsible for client and technical services, and IT. Before joining Reliance Mutual he held similar senior management positions at Fidelity and GAN Life & Pensions.
Roger Eastwood joins as head of risk and corporate governance, responsible for managing all compliance, risk and legal services. He previously worked as head of business risk at Australian wealth manager AMP. He replaces an employee who has retired after 20 years with Reliance Mutual.
Philip Bowden becomes head of strategy implementation, taking responsibility for managing all future major projects including acquisitions and development of white label products.
All three report to chief executive Mark Goodale.
Reliance Mutual focuses on the acquisition of closed books of life and pensions policies, credit life business and provides white label products and smoker annuity policies.
