Brian Steeples has been appointed as the first president of the Personal Finance Society (PFS).
Steeples is currently a PFS board member while serving as a past board member and chairman of SOFA before its amalgamation with the Life Insurance Association (LIA), formally transferred to the PFS on 1 January. An ACII and Fellow of the PFS, Steeples is also managing director of Glasgow-based wealth management business The Turris Partnership. His new role will include the propagation of the PFS message to members while also represent members’ interests in the development of policy and services.
