Massey to drive Scot Widows intermediary vision

Scottish Widows has appointed Simon Massey as intermediaries director as part of strategic plans for its IFA channels.

Massey takes up the position with immediate effect, and will take overall responsibility for driving Scottish Widows' vision for the future, and growing its intermediary business. He joins the firm from Norwich Union, where he was employed as business development director, and has 23 years of financial sales experience. Andy Briggs, managing director at Scottish Widows, says: "I am delighted that Simon is joining us as intermediaries director.
