As far as I can see we will need to give the consumer four documents when we first meet with them: an IDD, a Menu, Terms of Business and our business card.
Great, they can tear the whole lot up into 6 inch squares and use it as bog paper. A 144 page document for the Menu, a 176 page document for IDD can also be cut up into 6 inch squares.
In the meantime, 60 people in the FSA review splits and still the snake-oil salesmen are allowed to prosper.
