IFA support services provider Bankhall has lined up a six-man team to replace chief executive Peter Mann who left the business last October.
It says it "hasn't needed to look any further" than its existing board to find an appropriate group to see the firm through the next three years.
Now chairman Mike Gordon, managing director of IFA services David Golder, finance and operations director Darren Veevers, non-executive director Ron Baxter and IT and e-commerce director David Rimmer, as well as John Malone, director of Premier Mortgage Services, will be tasked with running the firm.
"We've looked at what we need to achieve over the next two or three years, then looked at our existing board members, and decided they are exactly the right people to carry Bankhall forward," Golder says. "The skills are there and the commitment is there."
Mann joined Bankhall's parent company Skandia as chief development officer in October last year after seven years at the support provider. He was chief executive for three years.
"Peter was a great chief executive and very good for Bankhall," Golder adds, "but we are very positive about the coming year and looking forward to driving the business onward and upward."IFAonline
