Logic 100 has become an affiliate member of the Association of Independent Financial Advisers (AIFA).
The Australian company is expanding into the UK and offers a holistic financial planning software tool for IFAs.
Chris Cummings, director general of AIFA, says: “The IFA profession is embracing new technology at a rate that has never been seen before and investing in platform technology that will seek to improve efficiency and drive out costs while delivering improved client service.”
He believes the addition of a new member is a clear sign AIFA continues to strengthen.
“Recent successes such as the reform of the FSCS and the Interim RDR statement go a long way to prove that AIFA is truly an influential organisation fighting for our members.”
Paul Heath, commercial director for Logic 100 UK, says: “Following on from the huge success of our platform in Australia and the positive results achieved with Australian Financial Planners we have taken a strategic decision to launch in to the UK IFA market.”
AIFA was launched in September 1999 to lobby the Treasury, FSA, government and EU to ensure the regulatory and business environment is positive towards members.IFAonline
