Email Mortgages unveils estate agency proposition

Email Mortgages, the new mortgage advisory practice providing customers with tailored fee-free advice online via email, has launched a proposition exclusively for estate agents looking to provide their clients with mortgage advice.

The proposition is predominantly aimed at small to medium-sized agents who do not provide an in-house mortgage advice offering to clients or are not happy with their current outsourced arrangements. The firm says that by linking with Email Mortgages, the estate agency can ensure their clients have access to appropriate, whole-of-market mortgage advice, and open up a new income stream.
