Mortgage Business Expo London, a mortgage and property finance trade show for IFAs, will hold seminars next month.
The events will be held at the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) Seminar Theatre at Earl’s Court 2 on November 14 to 15.
AMI director Richard Farr will chair the seminars and cover business development, the role and responsibilities of packagers and helping first-time buyers onto the housing market.
He will also look at economics in the housing market and the FSA’s agenda for mortgages.
A seminar on treating customers fairly (TCF) will replace the FSA’s forward agenda for mortgages slot on day two.
The organiser has split this year’s Mortgage Business Expo London into four zones: residential mortgages, secured lending, commercial property finance and equity release.
All zones will have dedicated seminar theatres organised by industry trade bodies and include industry exhibitors. They will also run seminars on how to enter these markets.
Next year Mortgage Business Expo will launch its Belfast show on January 30.
