Paradigm Mortgage Services today announced it will offer its members access to direct-to-lender deal information.
Paradigm will give its members access to the Home Buyer Systems Lite (HBSLite) sourcing system, which can source direct KFI’s, as well as providing other tools for brokers that are considering charging a fee.
Dual-pricing tactics by lenders have caused many intermediary deals to be uncompetitive and Paradigm says it is important for brokers to be able to source direct deals in these difficult times.
Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm, comments: “Brokers have been placed in a position where they cannot give full advice because they have no access to information on lenders’ direct products.
“HBSLite changes this situation by allowing advisers the chance to source not only intermediary products but all those mortgages that are offered direct by lenders. This means that advisers, for the first time, have full details of all products available in the marketplace and are able to offer real whole of market advice.”
Paradigm members can sign up to HBSLite by visiting the ‘sourcing’ link on the Paradigm website.
