Paradigm offers direct-deal sourcing to brokers

Paradigm Mortgage Services today announced it will offer its members access to direct-to-lender deal information.

Paradigm will give its members access to the Home Buyer Systems Lite (HBSLite) sourcing system, which can source direct KFI’s, as well as providing other tools for brokers that are considering charging a fee. Dual-pricing tactics by lenders have caused many intermediary deals to be uncompetitive and Paradigm says it is important for brokers to be able to source direct deals in these difficult times.
