Coventry Intermediaries, the online sales service for Coventry Building Society and Godiva Mortgages, has expanded into Northern Ireland.
Coventry Intermediaries, which already operates everywhere else in the UK, has appointed Jonathan Stinton as business development manager to oversee the expansion. He previously worked for Morgan Stanley and its mortgage lender, Advantage.
Last week Godiva Mortgages announced a change to its product range. It withdrew some of its Flexx products and replaced them with base rate trackers and extended its two-year fixed rate mortgages to three-year products. The move followed Chelsea Building Society’s decision earlier that week to withdraw its product range for alterations after a rise in applications.
