FSA cancels BBB part IV permissions

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) issued final decision notices on Berkley Berry Birch subsidiaries Berkley Independent Advisers and Berkley Berry Noble Financial Planning at noon today.

Robin Gordon-Walker, a spokesman for the FSA, says the BBB subsidiaries will now be able to operate under the regualtory permissions of new owner Tenet. But he points out they will not be able to trade under cancelled names. IFAonline
