Capita launches updated Client Care software

Capita Financial Software (CFSL) has launched its latest edition of Client Care Desktop version 4, including integration with Portavista and Portal Builder for the first time.

CCD v 4.0 enables advisers to complete straight-through processing from first point of contact with a client, through the advisory and client care processes and on to manage administration, compliance and commissions. The software includes fully integrated quotation engines, product research and financial planning tools. The fact finding, research and quotation process is streamlined, saving the adviser time, says CFSL.
