AXA has overhauled its online new business tracking for protection products after feedback from advisers.
It says the new system is quicker, easier to read and has a host of new functions, including related questionnaires.
Other additional details include a breakdown of outstanding pieces of information, such as GPRs, when they were requested, current status, and updates when information is received by AXA.
There is also greater detail on the protection products applied for and commission rates.
Iain Mallon, director of protection marketing at AXA, says: “Feedback from advisers on the old new business tracking system was that the details weren't updated frequently enough and there wasn't enough information.
“Advisers had to call customer services to get the extra information they needed.
“We've taken this feedback on board and spent a lot of time building a better system which should make advisers' lives much easier.
“The new tracking system updates automatically every 24 hours and the greater detail provided means advisers can get all the information they need quickly and simply.”
The AXA Protection Account was launched in 2004 and products include life, critical illness and income protection cover amongst others.
