AXA revamps online new business tracking system

AXA has overhauled its online new business tracking for protection products after feedback from advisers.

It says the new system is quicker, easier to read and has a host of new functions, including related questionnaires. Other additional details include a breakdown of outstanding pieces of information, such as GPRs, when they were requested, current status, and updates when information is received by AXA. There is also greater detail on the protection products applied for and commission rates.
