Mortgage Choice enters branded lending with SPML

Mortgage Choice, has entered into a branded lending agreement with Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited (SPML) adding to the arrangements it already has with Rooftop and Future Mortgages.

Doug Hall, sales director at Mortgage Choice, says the addition of on-site underwriters and their direct access into SPML’s systems means the packager will be able to offer an enhanced service to brokers and cut out any possible processing delays. “Co-branded arrangements are an affirmation of lenders’ commitment to packaging as an important distribution channel, and we plan to offer more such branded arrangements in future,” he adds.
