Financial advisers have until the end of August to join the Positive Solutions partnership scheme.
Positive Solutions offers joining IFAs a point incentive scheme, with returns dependent on parent company Aegon’s consideration of a share buyback or stock market flotation in 2009.
The partnership scheme allocates 3,000 points to each new partner, with future points dependent on business growth and profitability over the next three years.
Positive Solutions says it has delivered larger rewards than any other UK financial services distribution company.
It says its share and share option schemes paid out £89m to 256 individuals with follow up schemes paying £47m to 810 partners.
“We have always delivered on our promises and as we have demonstrated in the past, those partners who contribute to our future growth will reap handsome rewards for their efforts,” chief executive Neil Johnson says.
“Positive Solutions continues to go from strength to strength with recent months being the most productive in the company’s history.”
