The latest entrant to the non-conforming mortgage market has announced two new additions to the sales team.
Db mortgages, part of Deutsche Bank, which is planning to extend its packager roll out to intermediaries, has appointed Gary Armstrong as business development manager for the business’ East Midlands region.
Armstrong, who will join from The Mortgage Business, will take responsibility for areas including Nottingham Leicester and Coventry, along with Lincoln and Peterborough postcodes.
In addition the firm is placing Jane Hanlon, from the Kensington Mortgage Company, as business development manager for South Wales, as well as Hereford, Gloucester and Swindon postcodes.
Mark Bergin, director of sales and marketing at db mortgages says: “I am delighted to welcome such quality staff to our expanding sales team. I am sure the experience they bring to the team will help db mortgages make their mark on the UK non-conforming mortgage market.”
