BDS launches Direct Club offering

BDS Mortgage Group has launched its Direct Club offering to brokers, which includes a 24-hour payment facility for procuration fees.

The firm’s Direct Club will allow brokers who submit cases via BDS access to 49 lenders as well as any exclusive or semi-exclusive products available through BDS. This includes the five-year semi-exclusive residential fixed-rate product funded by Abbey for Intermediaries, which was announced last week. Brokers will also be able to request the procuration fee to be paid directly into their bank account within 24 hours of the completion notification.
